Who: Learning Technology Solutions(LTS) is looking for motivated and hard-working graduate students to provide Blackboard and technology support to UIC faculty, staff, and students. Gain interpersonal skills through customer support experience while pursuing your graduate degree. Learn how to handle in-person and phone communications. Build relationships with UIC faculty and staff. Become an expert in client support by answering questions and solving problems for a wide range of educational software offered at UIC!
