Real Estate Internship - Jones Lang Lasalle

Who: JLL is looking for qualified interns to join our brokerage, capital markets, valuation and advisory teams.

What: This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of commercial real estate. Positions are paid and last 10-12 weeks long, from mid-May through mid-August.

Qualifications:

• Highly energetic individual with ability to work independently and with minimal direction. 
• Must be outgoing and have the ability to connect with individuals on the phone. 
• Have written and verbal communicative skills. 
• Ability to work under deadline pressure is essential. 
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and creative. 
• Will require some field research (valid driver’s license & insurance required) 

Technical Qualifications:

• Good data entry typing skills. 
• Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must. Microsoft Access (a plus). 
• Adept at learning new programs - the position requires one to learn a variety of real estate related software applications. (Exact Target, Costar, Street Atlas, etc.)
