Role Description
The Computer Operations Aide will be assigned to oversee and provide technical support in the general AARCC space. This includes operating and troubleshooting computers used by students and staff, and ancillary equipment used for AARCC programming and events. The Computer Operations Aide will also handle unit records and forms handling devices, maintain logs and records, and perform testing maintenance and clearing operations as needed.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, informative student who can welcome newcomers, provide technical support, and be a team player. This position will start in mid September 2022 and has potential to continue through the Spring semester (January 2023 - May 2023). You will need to be an undergraduate student maintaining at least six credit hours in Fall 2022, have taken basic courses in Math (enrolled in or completed), and have one year of comparable experience. Proof of federal work study is needed to be considered for hire.
