Intern, Zeta Charter Schools - *REMOTE*

Title: Family Outreach and Enrollment Intern

Type: Part-time 

Location: Remote

Pay: $16.50/hr

Responsibilities

As a Summer Intern, you will work side-by-side with our Family Outreach & Enrollment team to organize and prepare Zeta for the 2025-26 school year. Lay the foundation for an exceptional school year where every student is set up to thrive by:

  • Supporting the enrollment verification process to ensure every student is set up for success from day one
  • Proctoring virtual assessments for incoming 2nd–8th grade students, helping us better understand and support each learner’s unique needs
  • Streamlining and documenting key operational processes, and updating resources on Zeta’s internal platform, the “Z Hub”
  • Assisting with the launch of the student application process, playing a critical role in welcoming the next generation of Zeta students

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for the mission, vision, and core values of Zeta Charter Schools
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving mentality and attention to detail
  • Desire to work tirelessly and collaboratively in order to ensure our schools are 100% ready for staff and students heading into the 2025-26 school year

Logistics and Compensation

  • This will be a remote internship. The internship duration is 8 weeks long, from June 16th, 2025 through August 8th, 2025. Interns can expect to work 6 hours a day, from around 9:00am - 3:00pm.
  • We are accepting applications from college students for this position, with a preference for current Sophomores or Juniors.
  • Compensation for this position is $16.50 an hour.
