Undergraduate Student Accounting Aide – UIC Office of Budget and Financial Analysis

 Who: UIC Office of Budget and Financial Analysis

What: Hourly federal work study position. Primary responsibilities include:
  •  Assist with the process of budget transfers between university units 
  •  Assist with establishing facilities and administrative distribution codes 
Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible for federal work study 
  • Preferably sophomore or junior 
  • Coursework in accounting, finance, information technology or business 
  • Available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 5 p.m.
