Role Description
The General Office Aide will be assigned to oversee and work in the general AARCC space, greeting visitors, maintaining community standards, and helping out with general AARCC programs and services. The General Office Aide will mainly be responsible for aiding guests in the space and helping with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: answering calls, making copies, and greeting visitors.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, informative student who can welcome newcomers, perform administrative tasks, and be a team player. This position will start in mid September 2022 and has potential to continue through the Spring semester (January 2023 - May 2023). You will need to be an undergraduate student maintaining at least six credit hours in Fall 2022, and proof of federal work study to be considered for hire.
